Moe’s Loyalty Work

Coming out of the Covid, Moe’s Southwest Grill wanted to rework their loyalty program to get reignite customer engagement . The industry landscape had changed from in-store dining to a majority of customers wanting pickup/curbside, and delivery. The company wanted to enhance existing features, address evolving customer preference, and differentiate from competitors.

A program that offers frequent surprises will likely see a spike in sales and can be less generous with other benefits.
